Robert M. Johnson

INDIO - Robert M. Johnson, Sr., 83 of Indio, passed away at home Wednesday, May 15th.

He was born July 18th, 1941 in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho to Jerry and Marla (Müller) Johnson. Rob attended Idaho schools in Boise and later in Nampa where he graduated from high school. He married Mary Anne Johnson on January 19, 1973 in Los Angeles, California.

Rob worked at Ganahl Lumber Company in Los Angeles and later worked for The Capitol Milling Company for 22 years until retiring. After retirement, he worked part-time at the LA Department of Public Services.

Rob is survived by his wife Mary Anne Johnson of Indio; children James A. Johnson, of Los Angeles and Annie M. (Renalds) Johnson; 9 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents Jerry and Marla (Müller) Johnson
