Robert's obituary
November 10, 1954-June 19,2020. He was a lifetime resident of Biloxi. Bobby was a retired casino worker. He worked at several casinos since the gaming industry was established on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Bobby was involved in youth sports over the years and enjoyed coaching little league baseball, pee wee football, and girls softball. He also umpired baseball and officiated football. Bobby loved animals, gardening, and was a talented painter; a trait that was passed to his son, Todd.
Bobby is preceded in death by his mother Patricia Lyons. He is survived by his father Robert (Bobby Sr.) G. Lyons Sr.; two brothers Wayne (Lisa) and Jerry Lyons; two sisters Julie (Greg) Williams and Kathy (Kevin) Coggin; and one daughter Aubree (Jason) Rawls and one son Todd Lyons and three grandchildren JJ Parks, Tatum Parks, and Mallory Rawls.
A memorial mass will be held at Blessed Francis Xavier Seelos Catholic Church in Biloxi on Tuesday, June 23 at 2pm. Visitation will begin at 1pm. In lieu of flowers, Bobby's family has requested donations be made to the Harrison County Humane Society in his name.
