Robert's obituary
After living in various cities throughout the US, Bob settled in Lake in the Hills, Illinois where he fulfilled his life-long dream of owning a bar; Buddyz Pizzeria in Algonquin. Bob was known for his amazing baseball skills, dry sense of humor, quick wit, kind and compassionate spirit and his willingness to help anyone making him lovable and a great friend -- once you got to know him.
Bob was preceded in death by his parents, James and Sharon (Maxwell) Lehman. He is survived by one daughter, Jessica Lehman; a sister Elizabeth (Lehman) Gardner; a brother Michael Lehman (Karen); nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A private viewing for immediate family will be on Friday, April 19th followed by a “Celebration of Life” for all friends, extended family and members of the community at Bob’s restaurant, Buddyz Pizzeria (2749 W Algonquin Rd, Algonquin, IL 60102), from 5:00 to 10:00 PM. A Memorial Service will be held at a date to be determined in WI.
