I am at a loss for words during this sorrowful time, my heartfelt condolence to the Le family. I met Rob on a project in Houston and then on the current project in Ohio. He was a very dedicated and driven professional and was liked by one and all. It’s very hard to say goodbye to him today and come to terms that he is no more with us. My prayers are with his family, his kids, and the loved ones who he left behind. May his soul rest in peace!

My condolences to Rob's family. I first met Rob when we did a project in Houston together and many more after that. He would always talk about his kids and was very proud of them. I have not met a dedicated co-worker than Rob. I am deeply saddened by his loss and cannot imagine he is no more with us. My prayers are with his family specially his kids. May his soul rest in peace!

My condolences and deepest sympathy go out to the Le family. I work at TSP alongside and very closely with Rob. Our latest project together was out in Ohio, and I was impressed by the positive impact he had on the client, the project team as well as myself. Rob was the ultimate professional that garnered respect and got results.
Throughout the years, Rob has always been the go-to guy if you wanted things done right. Rob had an unwavering commitment and high level of standard he always displayed. He left a lasting impression on all of us, and his absence will be felt deeply.
Rob always spoke highly of his children, and it was evident that he took immense pride in being a dad.
During these difficult times, it's essential to remember the wonderful memories we have had of Rob. While we mourn his loss, let's find solace in the belief that we will all meet him again someday.
Please know that you're not alone in this journey of grief. We, your extended work family, are here for you, ready to provide any support you may need. Take all the time you require to heal and remember that your Rob's legacy will live on through the love and fond memories shared by those whose lives he touched.

I worked with Rob on a client project in Houston years ago. He was always professional and had a high work ethic. We share many colleagues over the years and I have heard nothing but praises for the high level of standard he always displayed.
My condolences to the Le family and especially to Morgan and Ethan. Your dad was well respected and he always spoke highly of you two. We will all meet him again some day. Please take care!

My sincere condolences to the Le family and especially to Morgan and Ethan. Rob and I worked together for several years when he first came back to consulting. I spent a lot of time with Rob in those years and had the opportunity to have several long and deep conversations about life and family. He was so proud of Morgan and Ethan and always talked about all of their accomplishments. He was a fine man that I deeply liked and admired. He was an incredibly loyal person. He was one of the best management consultants I have ever worked with. I am still utterly shocked by his untimely passing. He will be missed very much. Rob, my friend, I hope to see you again some day!

My condolences to Rob's family. Morgan and Ethan, you were Rob’s world and he talked about you both nonstop and always looked forward to your times together. He always said he lived “in the moment” and didn’t want to look back. Both of you were his moment and he cherished each and every moment he had with the both of you!
