Robert (“Bob”) Arthur Kurtz died on February 16, 2023 of a rare form of cancer. Born on Feb 25, 1943 to Olive and Arthur Kurtz, Bob was a native Rochesterian and never lived anywhere else but! He graduated from Brighton High School in 1962 and became employed by Monroe County Water Authority, while taking classes at Rochester Business Institute (RBI). He owned various business establishments, to include the Cobber Lounge and the Hampshire House Restaurant. …
