On the 28th of September 1937 Bob was born in Moncton New Brunswick, Canada. He was the first of three sons born to Mae and Kent Randall. They called him Bobby. After graduating from Moncton Public High School, Bob attended Norton Academy in Nova Scotia. After one year at Norton, he decided to get a job and start a career.
