Robert Thomas Hoar III b. 9-12-1958 passed away as the result of an auto accident on 7-25-2021. He was a school bus driver in greater Albany NY and was living in Coxsackie, NY. He was raised in North Andover Ma. and graduated NA High School in 1976. He is survived by many friends.
