Hi Bob… I know the word is that you’ve left the building, but I know you’ll hear me. I’ve posted 3 photos of us for your viewing pleasure. Just in case you’ve forgotten, Gog (AKA Dora McConnell) is our maternal great grandmother. We were very lucky to know her, because our maternal grandparents passed before we were born.
These pics show us at 3 times in our lives. I’ve decided to post them, because what they have in common (besides us!) is that they show that we have always been happy to be together.
When you began visiting us each summer (between 2014 until COVID shut us down) we renewed a relationship which had been somewhat on hold while we lived our lives in separate and distant spots. I’m so glad we were able to have that more recent time together.
As you settle in at your new home, I’m thinking of you a lot and missing you hugely. I know that the last couple of years have been hard ones for you, and I had been hoping that you would be well enough this coming summer to renew your summer visits. But that’s not to be. I’m sad beyond words that I’ll not see you again, but I hope with all my heart that you find peace in your new adventure. Much love from your brother, Frank.
