I am profoundly sad to hear of Bob’s passing. While at Mobil together, I always appreciated Bob’s wit, humor,  smarts and common sense judgment, and friendship. What you saw is what you got. He never grandstanded. Always gave more than he got. Condolences Debbie. RIP my friend
I am sending Prayers for Debbie and family🙏🙏Bobby was one of the good guys for sure.  It was a very very sad day for me when I heard the news.
Bob was kind and I enjoyed speaking with him at our annual meetings. I am sorry for your loss

Dear Debbie and family,
Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. We want you to know how blessed we are to have your daughter, Linda in our family and what a treasure she is. We share in the joy of your granddaughters, Clarice and Gracie and for the love they bring to us. May God comfort you at this time. Love, John and Roxann Lynn
I started working at The Melting Pot when I was super young and worked there for so long that it almost feels like I grew up there. I went through so much during my time there and Bob was always there to talk. He always said he wasn’t a “hugger,” but he always had some life experience to share or advice to give. I hope it doesn’t sound too dramatic (and I think the people who were there will understand), but working for Bob made such an impact on who I am today. I’m so grateful that they decided to move to Alabama and open a restaurant; I’m not sure who I would be without having the opportunity to meet and get to know Bob and Debbie. Love and prayers to Debbie, Carrie, Linda and family ❤️

When I was told that Bob had passed, I couldn't help but think first of how devastated Debbie must be... Not just because she was his wife, but as it was apparent to me and everyone else, they were best friends.

Bob was such a patient man, and the fact that he referred to me as "one of the good ones" after all the grief I gave him, meant a lot. He loaned me $ for my power when it was almost cut off, and was surprised when I paid him back because most people didn't. He hired my brothers when they needed jobs. He helped me get on with The Melting Pot in Colorado Springs which changed my and my family's entire life. I am forever grateful.

My sincere condolences to Debbie and the rest of his family for a loss of such a good man. I'm glad I got a chance to work for him. ❤ In my prayers.
Words can not describe how sad I fell right now. It’s been 12 years since I have had the privilege to work with Bob and Debbie. Hearing this news makes me feel like it was just yesterday. The time I got to work for Bob was one of the best times of my life and it was because of him. He is by far the best boss I have ever had the privilege to work for and he treated me like family. His smile would not just light up a room but would make you want to go the extra mile and do anything he asked for. I will always remember those times working for him. My thoughts and prayers go to Debbie and his family.
