Background
Bob felt strongly about both these organizations. The Tulane Recovery Center is a resource for students to help aid in their recovery from substance use disorder. It is a local effort that has ambitions to spread its services to a broader community. NPR was a favorite station of his and was a trusted resource for both news and entertainment.
