I don't have words. I went to look up my old friend this morning to catch up because it's been a few years and I found this. So sad. What a great guy. I'm heartbroken. He was like a much older big brother to me. He helped me out in life several times. Anyone that knows him is missing his laugh right now right? The heavens truly got a great angel in their possession now. I still to this day live parts of my life because of his advice. Til we meet again my friend if I even qualify to go where you are now. There is a special place in heaven for people like you.

My sincere condolences to the family!! Robert was a great friend and colleague. We often laughed, commiserated and laughed some more about our insane workplace. Eventually we both left the job behind, but our friendship continued on.

Robert will be greatly missed, but the smiles and laughter he shared will stay with us forever.

Best wishes to the family and everyone who enjoyed the privilege of knowing Robert.

Met my friend/brother in middle school in 1972.  Robert was a year older than me, and we only shared one year together there.  We shared 2 years at Venice High School, and he graduated one year ahead as well.  Robert and I remained good friends all of these years.  In our 20's we had motorcycles, and went riding all over.  He was a very skilled rider, and we had lots of fun!  I will miss Robert very much.  May he rest in peace.
