It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Robert "Bob" Garner. Born on December 14, 1959, Bob moved on to the next adventure on November 18, 2023. Known for his outgoing personality, friendly nature, and curiosity about life, he brightly touched countless lives throughout his 63 years.
