I was heartbroken and became numb in hearing of my brother's passing by Kellie Warr-Neacosia, his wife. I had just spoken to him and one of my nieces june 7th. Tragedy has no alert button, however, peace can be obtained in time. Our families are grateful that arrangements to put him away have been payed for and finalized. I and my family thank all that helped it happen and for your prayers. Robert (Garf) Neacosia will always be remembered lovingly in our memories. Life is like a raindrop and then it vanishes away. We have no control eventhough we would of wanted him to stay. He leaves us memories that we can feast on, at least to help heal the pain of knowing that you are gone. Loving you to eternity, your sister.
