Robert Allen Fitzhugh, of Waikoloa, Hawaii, born August 28, 1930, died on March 2, 2006.
Robert was retired from his career as a Senior Auditor for the Office of the Inspector General Western Region, US Department of Interior, a position he held for many decades, and which took him to considerable distances as he marshaled Federal land programs in virtually every National Park in the United States, as well as communities in Saipan, Northern Mariana …
