Robert Eugene Hugo passed away Oct. 13, 2020 at the age of 82. Robert was proceeded in death by his father Louis Hugo Sr., mother Sylvia Hugo, brother Louis Hugo Jr., and former first lawfully wedded wife Oma Jean Fairchild-Hugo. He is survived by his one first-born son Timothy Robert Hugo of Bakersfield, California; and one dear sister Mickey Hargis (Hugo) of Decatur, Illinois all of the first, original, immediate Hugo Family, as "Families are Forever."
