Robert Emert Sr., 66, of Perry, FL, passed away on April 28, 2022 unexpectedly .

Robert was born on September 24, 1955 to Thelma Keith and Lee Emert in Cuyahogan, OH. February of 1991, he met Wanda Kaye Emert. Bobby had 3 children Robert Lee Emert Jr. , Jennifer Smithson, and Jessica Little. Followed by 5 Grandchildren, Damien Knowlin, Nylissa Coriz, Ayden Knowlin, Skyara Coriz, and Jayden Kennedy. Robert was a force of nature, determined to provide for his family and give them the life he felt they deserved. His family meant more to his than anything else in the world, something he often mentioned. He was unendingly proud of Robert Lee Emert Jr and Wanda Emert and always tried his best to support them.


Robert was also a passionate Tye Dye Teeshirt designer and could often be found making Cane Syrup when he wasn’t at home.


Anyone who knew Robert knew that he was the most loving father, grandfather and husband a family could ask for. Robert was predeceased by his wife of 28 years Wanda Kaye Emert, his Father Lee Emert, and Mother Thelma Emert. He is survived by His son Robert Lee Emert Sr. 2 daughters Jennifer Smithson and Jessica Little.


The family requests that all flowers and notes are sent to 916 Shetland Dr . There will be a celebration of life at St. George Island TBD May 2022.
