Robert's obituary
Robert Emerson, born on March 16, 1956, sadly passed away on April 26, 2023. He was a loving father, husband, brother, grandfather, and uncle who will be dearly missed by his family and friends. Robert was predeceased by his father, Raymond Emerson; his mother, Jeannette Emerson; his sisters, Susan Dion and Nancy Audette; his brother, Kevin Emerson; and his grandson, Judah Olivier.
He is survived by his loving and supportive wife, Donna Emerson; his children, Jeni Olivier, Nick Emerson, Jason Mitchell, Jamie Emerson, and their respective spouses, Manny Olivier and Sarah Mitchell; his bonus daughter Hannah Johnson, and his siblings, Karen Leger, Patty Whitis, Janet Groth, Doug Emerson, Buddy Emerson and Sheila Emerson-Hancock; and his grandchildren, Micah DeSousa, Jianna Teran, Jadon Smith, and Kiara Dyer.
Robert was an alumnus of North Attleboro High School, class of 1974. He married Donna in 1993, and together they raised a loving family. A devout attendee of The Garden Church, Robert's faith played an important role in his life. Some of his favorite activities included spending time with his family, ministering, kayaking, hiking, biking, and being outdoors.

Those who knew Robert would describe him as witty, funny, deep, spiritual, loyal, and selfless. He was always there to help anybody who needed anything, and was incredibly giving. He was a man after God’s own heart. Among his greatest accomplishments were his family legacy and the success of his own business, Emerson Adjusting & Reporting Service (EARS). His best lessons shared with others were to turn away from the vanity of this world and search for Truth.
A Celebration of Life for Robert will be held on May 1, 2023, at 5:00 PM at Elks Lodge in Attleboro,MA. His family will continue to keep the faith, walk the walk, and search for Truth in honor of his memory. We will thank Yah every day for the time we were blessed to have him, and we look forward to the day when we will see him again in the Kingdom.
