Roberto De Guzman, 77, of Las Vegas, NV, passed away on September 14, 2022 after a battle with Leukemia and Colon Cancer. 

Robert was born on April 13, 1945 to Petronila and Benedicto De Guzman in Singalong, Manila. After graduating from Ateneo de Manila, he went on to earn his Bachelor of Science in Commerce at De La Salle College. After graduation, he landed his first job as an accountant for San Miguel before he went on to work as a real estate broker and eventually as an entrepreneur. In 1966, he met Beth Manalang, and they wed on March 8, 1969, going on to have 4 children - John, Joe, Bobby, and Judith. 

Robert enjoyed playing poker with his close friends. He was generous and had a willingness to always help his friends when they needed him. He was also a passionate golfer and could often be found playing golf when he wasn’t at home. 

Anyone who knew Robert knew that he was the most loving father and husband a family could ask for. Robert was determined to provide for his family and give them the life he felt they deserved. Robert was predeceased by his mother, Petronila De Guzman, his father, Benedicto De Guzman, his sister, Linda Burfitt, and his son, Robert De Guzman, Jr. He is survived by his wife Beth, his younger brother Ron, his half-sister Bernadette, his sons John and Joe, his daughter Judith, and 6 grandchildren. 

Memorial Services will be held on November 4th, 2022 at 9am at:

Forest Lawn in Cypress, CA.
