Robert's obituary

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Robert "Rob" Christopherson, who passed peacefully at home, surrounded by family, love and prayer on July 17, 2024.  Born on October 4, 1980, Rob had an unparalleled wit, caring for others, and dedication to his work. Rob’s legacy will forever remain in the hearts of those he left behind.

Robert is survived by his loving wife, Sara, son and daughter, Hunter and Celeste; father and mother, Alan and Beverly Christopherson and siblings; father and mother-in-law, Bud and Lynne Morrison and many other beloved family and friends.

He was a devoted husband, father, son and brother. His commitment to his family was paramount in his life. Their shared years and experiences together created memories and a beautiful bond that will remain unbroken, even in his absence.

Known for his hard work and tireless dedication, Rob served as a Store Manager for Publix Supermarkets, Inc. This role highlighted his impressive work ethic, solid perseverance, and unwavering commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. Robert was not just a manager, he was a mentor and a friend to his colleagues.

Robert's perseverance and dedication to his work were paralleled only by his caring for others and his knack for finding the silver lining in every situation. These qualities, along with his wit, made him a beacon of positivity, inspiring those around him to also seek the best in every circumstance. Robert truly believed in the power of hard work, a personal lesson he generously shared with everyone he encountered.

A Celebration of Life for Robert will be held on August 1, 2024, at the Rose Lawn Museum in Cartersville. The reception begins at 6:00 PM at the Main House; service will be held at the Carriage House at 7:00 PM.  Refreshments will follow.

Services will also be held in Florida, Rob’s birthplace, at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to The Cholangiocarcinoma Foundation. Funds can be donated directly at https://everloved.com/life-of….

Robert's absence will be deeply felt, yet his spirit will live on through the laughter, wisdom, and love he shared during his lifetime. He has left a lasting imprint on the hearts of the many lives he touched, a testament to a life well-lived and a man greatly loved.
