Robert Cecil Williams (Cecil) 91 of Brownfield, Texas, passed away on May 5, 2024, at the Brownfield Rehabilitation and Care Center where he had resided for several years.
Robert was born on June 1, 1932, to Lynn Harrold Williams and Lila Annie Evitt of Anton, Texas. Robert went to school in Anton where he played football, and his friends and family called him Cecil. He married his beloved wife, Virginia Mae Howard of Whitharral, Texas …
