Burbank, CA — Robert Lee Burns entered eternity April 17, 2023. Born January 8, 1969, in Meadville, PA to Paul and Essie Burns, he grew up as the beloved youngest in a family of nine. Robert attended Cussewago Elementary School and Cambridge Springs High School where he excelled academically and created impressive art. He graduated in 1987 and went on to Messiah College, majoring in TV, radio, and film. Afterward, he started working for Motivational Media Assemblies and eventually 3 Screens.com, traveling through many US states to deliver uplifting multimedia shows to students. Robert loved Jesus, laughing, listening to Christian music, snow, board games, dishes with potatoes, and singing in the church choir. Many of his friends from church describe him as a kind, gentle person. Robert enjoyed spending time with family during summer and Christmas, helping in the garden and yard, cooking, grilling, and doing whatever needed to be done. He will be greatly missed by all who loved him. For eternity he will reside in God's presence where there will never again be pain, sadness or tears. Robert was preceded in death by his parents, Paul Bertram Burns and Essie Halsey Burns. He is survived by his six siblings: David (Jo Ann) Burns, Donald (Kathy) Burns, Daniel (Rhonda) Burns, John (Jenny) Burns, Jean Burns, and Steve Burns along with many nieces, nephews, and their children. A memorial service is planned July 5, 12 noon at Cornerstone Baptist Church, 25729 St. Hwy. 98, Edinboro, PA, with the Rev. Dr. Ron Sheldon officiating.
