Burbank, CA — Robert Lee Burns entered eternity April 17, 2023. Born January 8, 1969, in Meadville, PA to Paul and Essie Burns, he grew up as the beloved youngest in a family of nine. Robert attended Cussewago Elementary School and Cambridge Springs High School where he excelled academically and created impressive art.
