Robert, 92 passed away peacefully at his Carbonado home on December 17, 2022. Robert was a decorated veteran who spent over 20 years in the US Coast Guard. Robert was born on April 06, 1930 in Newport, WA to his parents Adelard Brisebois and Euphima Baker. At 17 years old, Robert decided to enlist in the US Coast Guard and was stationed in Seattle, WA. Robert met and fell for Dorothy, who he soon married …
