Robert, 92 passed away peacefully at his Carbonado home on December 17, 2022. Robert was a decorated veteran who spent over 20 years in the US Coast Guard. Robert was born on April 06, 1930 in Newport, WA to his parents Adelard Brisebois and Euphima Baker. At 17 years old, Robert decided to enlist in the US Coast Guard and was stationed in Seattle, WA. Robert met and fell for Dorothy, who he soon married around 1961. Robert and Dorothy chose to settle in the town of Auburn, WA. Robert has worked as private security for Tapps Island; he spent time as a Pierce County Deputy Reserve and worked for several years at Boeing. When he wasn’t working, Robert had a strong passion as an avid hunter and was a member of Safari Club International and enjoyed hunting in North Dakota, and Washington State, as well as going on Safari Hunts in South Africa. In 2004 Robert married Geraldine Hamilton who he chose to settle with in the town of Carbonado. Robert was predeceased by his first wife Dorothy Brisebois in 1995; his second wife Geraldine Brisebois in 2019; his parents Andy and Euphima Brisebois; brothers Delbert Dewayne, Fred Vernon; sisters Leola Irene, Della May; his daughter Shirley Farris; and his great grand-daughter Sara Brisebois. He is survived by his daughter Sharon Pace and son William Brisebois Sr; stepdaughters Nancy Goodenow, and Crystal Jackson; several grand-children, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. There will be a memorial service held at Carbonado Community Church at 72 Church Avenue Carbonado, WA 98323 at 11am.
