We are saddened to announce the unexpected passing of Robert Boemmel at the age of 55.

Robert was born on September 01, 1969 to parents, Diana and Charles in Baltimore, Maryland. Robert is predeceased by Diana Boemmel (Mother) and Charles Boemmel, Sr.(Father).  He is survived by Joshua R. Boemmel (son), Megan G. Boemmel (daughter), Charles Boemmel Jr. (brother),  Carol Boemmel (sister) Joan Boemmel (sister) and Kristin Boemmel-Covey (sister).  He is also survived by nephews Aaron, Andrew, and Austin, his niece Sara, two great nephews and one great niece as well as his beloved dog Scout.

       Robert had a passion for photography and movies. He was a former movie theater manager and would spend countless hours watching films with his son.   Although he moved to PA over 20 years ago, he stayed true to his Baltimore roots that included the Ravens, Orioles and steamed crabs!

         In lieu of flowers; his children are asking for contributions to be made to any mental health organization of choice. 

A graveside service is planned for Thursday, May 22 at 11:00 AM at Sacred Heart of Jesus Cemetery in Dundalk, MD.
