Obituary
Robert Alan Atkins was born on May 15, 1952, and passed into the light on January 15, 2024. Always known as Rob, he was raised in South Charleston, West Virginia, by his mother, Joanne, and his father, Carroll, growing up beside his dear sister, Marcia—all of whom will be waiting for him as he arrives in the hereafter.
