Background
It's hard to keep family members with Alzheimer's at home or receive all the help they need for it. Expensive too. It's very hard on family members who may be silently suffering out of love. This organization provides nursing care grants for those on their own journeys trying to accept this terrible disease. When application is approved, medical professionals come out a few days a week. This extended hand is very important to prevent caregiver fatigue. They helped our Mother before she was ultimately too unsafe for home and was admitted to a memory care center. This process of losing my Mom, made us inadvertently lose our father as well. I really appreciate this organization.
