Robert (Bob) Chadwell, of Tuscola, TX, passed away on June 1, 2022 in Tuscola, TX after a 3 month battle with cancer.

A Memorial service honoring Robert’s life will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday June 11, 2022 at The Hamil Family Funeral Home located at 6449 Buffalo Gap Road, Abilene TX.

Robert was born on May 18, 1967, to Joseph and Marilyn Chadwell.

Robert Graduated from Bellevue West High School in Bellevue, NE and received his Batchelor’s degree from Southwest Community College in Milford, NE.

Robert worked as a trained Mercedes and Alfa Romeo auto technician for most of his life most recently Robert worked at U-Haul in Abilene, TX for the last 11 years.

Robert married Jill Jones of Bellevue, NE on June 18, 1994, in Bellevue, NE they were happily married for 28 years. They had two children, Cole Chadwell (15) and Paige Chadwell (12).

Robert loved to spend time with his family and friends and tinker on cars and was loved by many.

Preceding him in death was his Father Joseph Chadwell and father-in-law Gene Jones.

Robert is survived by, Jill Chadwell (Spouse), Cole and Paige Chadwell (Children), William Chadwell (Brother) and Marilyn Chadwell (Mother), Cindy Jones (Mother-in-law) and extended family and friends in Nebraska, Iowa, California Texas, and Arizona.

The Family wishes to thank the Wylie Baptist Church, doctors, and nurses at Hendrick Hospice Care for their care and Wylie teachers and staff for their support and prayers
