Well , it’s one year since robs passing . July 17 came and went as did Aug 4 . I thought about him on both important , very emotional occasions . I did t reach out on the 4 th partly because I’m still in disbelief that that old curmudgeon we all loved .. is gone . His humor … his laugh and many many memories will always have a place in my heart .
I’m hoping all of you are doing well .
Lana , I’m thinking of you holding his wit close to you and hope you are well

My condolences to Rob's family. Im afraid I didn’t find out of his passing until today 5/ 26 /2024 . As Memorial Day approached ,I made an effort to contact him to share funny memories of this particular holiday. I was deeply saddened to learn of his passing . I first met Rob in Tucson Az . I loved him immediately . Starting as a long distance relationship , I eventually lived in with him at his chatsworth residence in 2005, after a year or two of living in different states .We enjoyed many many good times together .He made me laugh like nobody else. Over the years , we were in touch here and then . He battled life after the death of his daughter and i felt immense compassion for his struggle . I know he is absolutely completely euphoric and at peace to be reunited with her .He waited a long time to see her again and I feel grateful for this reunion .
I will never forget you , my big Kahuna. Rest easy my friend , ❤️

Rest in peace my friend, I will miss you. Thank you for all the phone calls and good conversation. Thank you for always making me smile. You were always there with your quick wit and good nature. Even though we were separated by many miles for many years it was an honor to have you as a friend.
Rob and I became good friends while working together at Tampella Power in Williamsport, Pa.
