Rithik and I (and Anish, Ganesh, and Aryan) were the fundraising/ops team for Charging Champions in 2018 (his senior year of HS, my sophomore). I looked up to the seniors as super charismatic, intelligent, had their lives together, and hilarious guys to spend hours in the garage/kitchen with. We had some pretty hilarious adventures running around Irvine asking for money and making promo content (videos, flyers). Rithik was one of my main role models since we had similar college/career aspirations in OR - and he took time to help with my applications and career planning even years after he had taken off to Berkeley. The last time I saw him ended on more of a "see you later" note. I wish I could say a real goodbye, but I'll see you later Rithik

l first met Rithik when we joined  UpSync, a consulting club at Berkeley together during our freshman year. He was one of my first friends at college and always struck me as a talented and bright individual. I can easily tell he made an everlasting impression on the club and everywhere he went.
Rithik also had a unique ability to uplift and inspire those around him. He had a certain aura that was just easy to be around. He was very well-spoken, kind-hearted and motivated—I’m truly fortunate to have known such an amazing person.
Rithik, wish we could’ve said goodbye. Rest in peace, miss you brother.

Rithik with his friends at the UpSync alumni reunion

Rithik was one of the first friends I made when I started studying at UC Berkeley through UpSync. I remember meeting him for the first time – he was so bright, full of ideas, and had such a strong drive to get things done. He built up our organization and formed the foundation of the strong community it is today. There are many great memories of us working late into the night in college and many fun times with our UpSync community.
One thing I will remember most about Rithik and carry with me forever is his ability to uplift, empower, and celebrate those around him. I recall many times when I doubted my own abilities, and Rithik would always remind me of how much I had accomplished. I am grateful to have had the chance to reconnect with Rithik in person in 2022 at an UpSync reunion along with several of our other alumni. He was still the same funny kid I met in 2018, and it was as if all that time never passed.
Rithik, you have no idea how much we’re gonna miss you. Thanks for always holding it down and being there for us. Rest easy up there, we know you’ll be watching over us!
