Background
The life of Mrs Rita Williams (Polly)has been a long hard road she has suffered with Parkinson disease for 18 or so years . She is a mother and grandmother to many. For the last 4 months due to covid 19 she hasn’t been able to physically be with family or friends she has been in the nursing home. As of Thursday the 2nd of July she was find in her room in the nursing home unresponsive , so from there she was transported to Dale Medical hospital where she was found to be septic and in renal failure and then put in icu. Since then she has been moved to a room on the floor where we the family have been told to start making plans for her end of life, which is something no one wants to do so in lieu of making this decision we are asking for help anything would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance .
