Ricky Sooter passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday March 9, 2021. He is survived by his loving wife of almost 46 years Lynn Costa Sooter, his amazing daughter Jenny and her husband Jason Marze, 2 grandsons Jayden and Jaxson, and Ricky's older brother Rod and sister in law.
Ricky was a diehard LSU fan and brilliant attorney who suffered with Frontal Lobe Dementia and ALS. He had a great sense of humor and loved to make others laugh, and his huge heart was always there for his family and friends. The world is a little more dim without his bright light.
