Ricky Lee Hofer, 76, passed away unexpectedly on February 11th, 2026, due to a tragic house fire in Austin, Minnesota.

Ricky was born on December 25th, 1949, in Huron, South Dakota to Tobey and Evie Hofer.

Ricky was known for his love (and frustrations) of the Minnesota Vikings and the Minnesota Twins. In his younger years, he was an avid athlete and spent time coaching basketball. He will always be remembered for his love of …
