I want to share my sincerest condolences with Ricki's family. You stood by and supported him throughout his final journey in a way I've never seen before. Truly remarkable. Of course, he was a remarkable guy, too, and I feel fortunate to have known him for all of the 50 years since we met as we started design school at LSU in 1974. Ricki was a strong individual with an incredible will to live and enjoy the time he was given on this planet. I will miss him greatly.

Ricki was an absolute ray of sunshine and I know mine and my mother’s life were brighter for having met him. He embraced me like family and will forever live in my heart and fond memories. ❤️

A beautiful Obituary that said so much and left out so much more. Ricki had  a remarkable mind, and zest for life. His topics of conversation were fascinating while his eyes sparkled with that Ricki Smile. I  really loved him and still do.
