RICKY's obituary
Rick was born in in Lafayette, Tennessee to James William Smith and Margaret Helen Smith. He graduated from Whiteland Community High School in 1971 and went on to work at Allison's Transmission, making it a 32 year career until he retired in 2009. He was a member of the UAW Local 933. Rick loved traveling and music, but most of all, sports.
Rick made an unselfish choice to donate his body to science and did not want a funeral or celebration of life due to the sadness of it all. In honor of his life and request, please join us to share memories of Rick's life at his "Remembrance Party."
In true Rick fashion, anyone in attendance is asked to wear SPORTS related attire and "BYOB."
