My husband and I first met Rick (in Police Uniform)  in a Hospital in Monterey Park CA. way before he married Roseann.   He was asking us questions re: a person of interest .

Any way Rick became like family when he and Roseann got married.  I believed  he enjoyed coming over to my Moms home that special day every December when we would all get together to make Tamales and he even got to bring his daughter as well. I believe she enjoyed getting to learn how to make TAMALES., I know she enjoyed eating just like the rest of us.  His job was to keep my DAD busy and out of our hair. He did a great job, and his reward was him and my Dad would enjoy the first Tamales out of the first pot.  I know he enjoyed himself because that smile he gave all of us was thanks for feeding him great Tamales.  Plus he and Roseann would get to take some home for their freezer.  My parents as well as my family always looked forward for them to help on TAMALE DAY.  He is missed.  Esther Robledo Reyes and Family.

When I and my husband met you Roseann was in a hospital bed.  I didn't pay attention to you because she was the main reason we were there.   But you were asking why and how I knew her.   I turned to you and asked who were you.  You told me that you liked her and was still waiting for her to say yes to a date.   You left her and the rest of us.  we miss you.

Auntie, Rachele & all who loved my uncle Rick, I offer my sincerest condolences on behalf of myself & my family. I love you all with my entire heart. May God bless & comfort all of us.

Two weeks ago today we found it that we lost one of my all time favorite humans, my uncle Rick Dalton 💔 he passed 2 days prior. I've been in constant touch with my sister Rachele Dalton my uncles daughter (yes she's my cousin, but we are more like sisters). I told her I was going to post these pictures of my uncle with my kiddos when they were babies, but it's taken me this long to post. I just can't find the words. We're all truly 💔😢 uncle Rick, you mean the absolute world to me, I've loved you with every breath ever since I can remember & you've been a constant in my life. I thank you for loving me, my momma & my kids always being there for us. I thank you for loving my auntie Roseann Dalton (y'all showed me what true love really is) & showing me what true love really looks like. Please give our beautiful Melissa Nicole a great big hug & tell her mommy loves & misses her with every breath 💔 you sir will be missed. I'll be here for auntie & Rachele whenever they need me. I love you uncle, my heart is 💔 I still can't believe you're gone. You were truly one of the best men I've been blessed with in my life, thank you.
