It is with heavy hearts we announce the sudden passing of Richard Allan Wise, age 57, on August 3, 2024. He was born in Santa Monica in 1966 and grew up in the San Fernando Valley attending school in Woodland Hills, CA. He spent time in Maui, Ohio, and Oregon. He loved his beautiful daughters, Iron Maiden, Dio, fishing, animals, and Godzilla. His witty jokes, dark humor, endless joyful singing, and lighthearted approach to life made him one in a million. He was a loving father, brother, uncle, son, and friend. He was loved by everyone he encountered and absolutely adored by his amazing daughters. He is preceded in death by his mother Alexandra (Helm) Hoff, his father Fred Hoff, and his beloved niece, Kalei Wise. He is survived in life by his daughters, Katherine Wise and Lillian Wise, his siblings Leona (Wise)Kendrick, Dwayne Wise, and Rhonda (Wise)Markham(Victor Markham), and his nieces and nephews, Mandy, Jessica, Christopher, Autumn, Alex, Kayla, Amanda, Brooke, and Dylan.
