It is with heavy hearts we announce the sudden passing of Richard Allan Wise, age 57, on August 3, 2024. He was born in Santa Monica in 1966 and grew up in the San Fernando Valley attending school in Woodland Hills, CA. He spent time in Maui, Ohio, and Oregon.
