Rick Snider passed away peacefully at home on McKechnie Lake on January 9th at 78 years old, leaving behind a legacy woven with a profound love for family, nature, science, and winged creatures. His fascination with butterflies, moths, and birds led him to meticulously document and expertly photograph each species he encountered making endless contributions to science through submissions and species identifications.
