It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Richard "Dick" Simon, who left us peacefully on August 13, 2020, one day after his 82nd birthday. Richard, affectionately known as Dick, was a man respected and loved by many. His preference to be addressed as Richard exemplified his unique blend of humor and seriousness.
