Richard M. Seger, born on January 9, 1978, in Toledo, Ohio, passed away peacefully on November 23, 2024, at the Hospice of Northwest Ohio. Richard, affectionately known as Rich, was a beloved son, brother, uncle, and friend who touched the lives of many with his warmth and kindness.

Rich is survived by his devoted mother, Melba Seger, and her partner, Dana Darnell. He leaves behind a loving family, including his siblings Cindy Seger, Lupe Medina, Lawrence Seger Jr., Christina Stiner, Matthew Stiner, and Jeffery Seger. Rich was a proud uncle to three nieces and two nephews, and a great uncle to one great-niece and three great-nephews. He is also remembered fondly by his aunt and uncle, Ronda Darnell and Dave Jenkins. And Proceeded in death by his father Lawrence Seger Sr and step mother Karen Seger.

Rich had a deep love for his family and his feline companion, Nellie. His passion for music was evident in his admiration for bands such as Pink Floyd, Insane Clown Posse, and Soul Asylum, which provided the soundtrack to his life and brought him immense joy.

In accordance with his wishes, Rich will be cremated at Bersticker-Scott Funeral Home. A memorial service to celebrate his life will be held at a later date, allowing family and friends to gather and honor his memory.

Rich's gentle spirit and unwavering love for those around him will be dearly missed. His legacy of kindness and the joy he brought to others will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
