Richard was an amazing man. I loved having him around on mission trips and having his cheerful voice to pick us up when we were worn out. 

I also had the pleasure of working for him and Doni at Blind Ambition. He was an absolute joy to work for and with. He was a hard worker and taught me a lot. When he wasn't on a job, you'd always catch him in his office watching videos of turning pens on a lathe or some other woodworking project. 

Richard was a great friend, boss, and brother in Christ, and I will miss him dearly.
