Richard J. Roszkowski, 'Rich', 62, went to be with the Lord on June 21, 2025 in Vero Beach, Florida. Born in February 1963, Rich had his formative years in Bloomfield, New Jersey. Rich was a hard working, fun-loving gentleman who always had a smile on his face and went the extra mile to help people. Rich had a big heart for people and animals as evident by his long time friend and housemate, Leah Molke and his two adorable puppies, Lucy and Ethel. He was an all around athlete in basketball, baseball, bowling, darts, golf and even ping pong, to name a few. Sometimes, he'd let you win.

Rich renewed his faith in God and was recently baptized. We know Rich is with Jesus as 2 Corinthians 5:8 tells us, "Yes, we are of good courage and we would rather be away from the body and at home with the Lord". 

Richard is survived by his two sisters, Diane McGowan, and her husband Mike, and Linda Ribaudo, and her husband Joe, along with his niece Adelle and his nephew Andrew and his wife, Joyce and their daughter, his great niece Aurora. 

A celebration of life will be held at Mangrove Sands Gulf Club on Sunday, July 20, 2025 at 4 pm.  Mangrove Sands is located at 100 Woodland Dr, Vero Beach, FL 32962.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to your favorite Humane Society or pet adoption center.
