Richard was born August 28, 1936, in Henderson, Nebraska, to George and Anna (Hiebert) Peters. He was raised there and graduated from Aurora High School in 1955. Richard married Loretta Jane Peters on October 6, 1956, and the couple moved to Van Nuys, CA, in 1957, and Richard worked for Veterans Affairs Hospital until they moved to Delano in 1960. Richard worked for Anton Caratan and Son of Delano. He moved to Bakersfield in 1999. …
