This April 27,2022,Richard Navarre took his final breath, surrounded by loved ones. The sun rose and the world welcomed on March 9,1970 a day the world became a little brighter. Richard Navarre lived a full and warm life, filled with happiness Richard will be fondly remembered and sorely missed.
