What a blessed event to know Rich has gone on to his " Father's house." We will see him again in good health.! No more suffering, No more pain. Cate, I am sad for your loss...but what a blessing he was to us all. What a good man.! He knew he was here on this Earth to serve and not to be served!!! A shining example for all us to follow... " A man to be followed. " Not too many people understand that concept. " Wow! I miss his spirit of strength and peace. Just knowing he was here in the neighborhood was a blessing. Again...I am sorry he has left us so soon. Remember the old saying..??? The good die young ! The earthly man in me says... I say rats! Then I think of him being out of pain and then the spiritual Nan says... The good thing is....
We will share all eternity with him and the Father..! I am here for you all. Sincerely, Nan E God Bless You and your family. To God be the glory. We have a lot to look forward to. Amen

I'm sorry to hear about the passing of Rich. I worked with him at Coast Federal Bank and Wells Fargo Bank years ago in the Bay Area. He was one of the finest appraiser's I'd ever met. We often had long conversations around faith and occasionally enjoyed some trap and skeet. I still have Cate's Egg Nogg recipe on the index card she wrote for us while at a Christmas party. Rich was a man of the utmost integrity who lived what he believed. You have my deepest condolences on his passing, but I trust you have solace in knowing he is with our Lord among the righteous.

Rich was my friend as well as a business partner. We shared our personal relationship with Jesus on several occasions and what that meant to us. I enjoyed our doing multi-family appraisals together; always a fair split no matter who instigated the assignment. We talked of our time in the SF Bay area before we both landed in Colo. Spgs. I learned from Rich that why can't you work together and be friends at the same time. I also learned that I believe his sister-in-law in the New York area has the same maiden name as me! What I liked about Rich was that he was personable and easy relatable.

Rich was a godly husband and father. When Cate and Rich had bible studies in their home long time ago, my ex and I loved how Rich preach the word. He was so anointed. Our loss but heavens gain. Condolences to Cate and the family.🙏

Our hearts and prayers are with Cate and the family. Rich was a wonderful, godly man.
It is unlikely that Tim and I will be able to make it to the celebration of life, but our hearts will be there with you.
May I please have Cate’s address? It can be sent to my email address which I listed here.
Thank you and God bless you all. It warms our hearts to know how much family support is there at this time.
