I see Richard's face, I hear the exuberence in his voice, I hear the commitment and dedication in his music and I feel him revel - overwhelmed by joy - in his special place of participation within the community he helped secure for himself, his family and friends. What a man! Never to be forgotten, that's for sure. Love Dy

Remembering Richard and how much his love of family, friends, music, and so many things touched the lives of so many. Deeply missed. Love to your family and friends who still mourn your passing. I am reminded of the beauty of your life and how much it meant to your family and friends. Love to Donna and family, always....

Dear Donna, Meghann and family of Dr. Lowell. John and I are so very sad to hear of Richard's unexpected passing. We were both patients of his for many years. Dr lowell's kind, genuine, personable way was what we loved about him. Dr. Lowell always had time to get caught up. He was humble and joyful and it was obvious he took care of his staff well too. His joy was ever present. Though it was a bummer when he closed his doors, it was also really cool to know he was retiring young, to continue to enjoy his life in the many practices he had that connected him with nature and his overall joy and appreciation for life.Â
We are so sad to hear he passed at such a young age, but are glad he went peacefully without illness. We are inspired by the way he lived his life. After all "life is short but sweet for certain".Â
We wish you peace in healing, holding precious memories close to heart.Â
So much love your way.
Sincerely, Michelle and John Gorman

It was a pleasure being a colleague of Richard's for many years until his retirement. Â I was also a fellow Kiwanian in the Monroe Kiwanis, where I was able to interact with Richard on a personal basis. Â Richard treated everyone as if they were one of his best friends. Â He was respectful to others. Â He had a holistic approach with his patients, treating the individual and not just their dental concerns. Â Richard's idea of wealth was to have a lifetime of experiences and this was his bottom line. Â I will miss him for a long time. Â Have fun with your new experiences Richard!

I had the esteemed pleasure to work with Dr Lowell at LWIT. He was kind and respectful to all staff, students and patients. He cared deeply for everyone he met.Â
I speak for many at the college when I say he loved to teach and his willingness, talent and calmness will always be remembered. Respectfully, Mrs A
