Big Joe's family were always kind and generous. Love you all. My heart hurts for the entire family and friends. Long live the Bison.

Gigi, so sorry for your loss. I’m also saddened that I’ll be in Myrtle Beach the week of the service and celebration of Dick’s life. Know that you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. I have great memories of our football and carpet cleaning days together. He was a great man.

Papa Dick; you are now in glory and paradise forever! I will miss your bear hugs, blue eyed smiles and all the love you shared! You will always be in my heart <3

Dick was a good friend and fun to be with.  He was so proud of his family and his Italian heritage. I enjoyed hearing his stories of his younger years, high school sports, and family, especially at our Wednesday night Per Niente dinners.  Will miss him.

Oh I remember uncle Richard coming to one of his sister Marians (moms)Moose  doings and the dance afterward.   He had a slow dance with me.  Yes I was like 17.  I will never forget that.  Aunt GiGi shared him with me for a dance!
I can remember going to visit Uncle Dickand enjoying seeing him cooking his sauce for spaghetti.  Of course, he would never tell us what was in that special sauce, but it was the best I have ever tasted!  I also never got tired of his stories about his wild bar-owning days and beating people up and throwing them out of the bar.  He would be so animated when he told the stories that he would have us laughing so hard.  The other thing that I remember about Uncle is that he would always give me a hug and a kiss before leaving and tell me to take care Honey and I think that is what I will miss the most about my lovely Uncle Dick:-)

My very first job was helping uncle in the summer on jobs with his carpet cleaning business.. "Dick Lo Galbo Carpet Cleaning"   uncle would treat me to breakfast between jobs and made working a great experience for a young kid !! I will always remember him as generous, funny, kind and a man that I really admired and loved. He loved and lived life to the fullest. He will always be in our hearts !! Richard "Dick" Lo Galbo was a wonderful husband, father, uncle, brother and friend .
