Richard's obituary
On Friday, March 2, 2018 Richard Lewis husband, father, son and brother, passed away suddenly at the age of 48 years. Richard will be forever remembered by his wife and best friend Lisa, and precious children RaMonta ( Samantha) May, KirJa Burks, Richard Lewis 2nd, Richard Lewis 3rd, Tameka Lewis, and by his brothers and sisters Jackie Lewis, Kimberly Lewis, Asa Lewis, William Lewis Jr., both of his parents William Lewis Sr. and Jacqueline Lewis. Host of grand-kids, nieces, nephews and extended family and dear friends. Proceed in death his sister Michelle Lewis.
Funeral service will be Saturday March 10, at 11am, with visitation 2 hours ahead at City of Refuge Worship Center, Peoria, Illinois 61605.
Cremation will be following the funeral service. Body will return back to Davison Funeral Home for final preparations.
Memorial donations in memory of Richard may be made to (Boys and Girls club of Peoria, Illinois).
