RICHARD ARTHUR HIRTER
Richard Hirter (73) passed away on January 4th 2025 in Downey, California of natural causes. He was born on July 23, 1951 to parents Art and Eileen Hirter of Portland, Oregon. He was the third child of three with two older sisters, Diana (Hirter) Massarotti of Los Angeles, CA and Sandra (Hirter) Baker of Wadsworth, OH.
Richard grew up in N.E. Portland, OR and attended Madison High School class of 1969. After …
